Service status
A simple, honest operational signal.
This page reads the same public readiness contract used by deployment and operational checks. It reports whether the platform and its required background work are ready for production traffic.

Checking service status
The current platform readiness signal is being retrieved.
What readiness covers
The readiness contract checks the database and required migration, critical account/catalog parity, durable rate limiting, provider configuration, alert delivery, recurring-job freshness, queue health, and active high-severity incidents.
A degraded signal is intentionally conservative: the web process may still respond while one of the required operating dependencies needs attention. VialAPI does not present that state as fully operational.
Experiencing a problem?
Preserve any on-screen support reference and the approximate time of the failure, then follow the current-user instructions on the Support page. Do not send API keys, passwords, or customer records.
