Revoke or rotate an exposed credential before reporting it. Do not paste passwords, API keys, customer records, payment credentials, or exploit payloads into this form.

The form is preclassified as a security concern with high impact. Change the impact to Critical only for an active security, data, or financial-integrity risk. High-impact reports target a first human response within 4 staffed hours; Critical reports target 1 staffed hour.

Staffed response targets are measured during 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific, Monday–Friday. Critical reports are escalated immediately, but this form is not an emergency service.

What happens next

Save the private status link shown after submission.
VialAPI Security reviews the initial report and establishes a secure channel if evidence is needed.
Use the same private reference for follow-up instead of opening duplicate reports.
